This could be filler for just today or for the whole weekend; it's tough to say. Here's hoping that everyone's quiet and peaceful tomorrow night, but it took over an hour to calm one of the twins down enough to sleep...

Hehe. Nice bit of filler though. And you do what you have to do. Me? I'm on the craziest quest ever. The quest to read even more webcomics. I won't even bother mentioning how many, because... let's just not go there. :P

ANYWAY... You've done a fair bit of comic-ing, more then many of the few I've blasted through in the last 24-48 hours. Which include Denizens and Bricks of the Dead. I so want more of these comics that have only been around a year or less. But I shall wait. I know it will be worth it.

Best wishes for a speedy recovery for everyone! (That shot turned out nice, btw.)

Maybe you should find something that will naturally tire the overactive twin out?

If not, who knows? Political speeches work well for some! ;)

BTW have you ever considered finding an opportunity to write yourself into the comic, so you can appear in-strip when times get tough? ;)

@Redstorm - I'll certainly try to get some more stuff online soon. I may have to downgrade to a "once a week" schedule with pages put up (one? seven? who knows!) instead of the tight three pages I'm with right now. And thanks.

@Dennis - Thanks for the wishes and the shot compliment. Here's hoping for rapid... but last night's sleepytime struggle was killer (about two hours).

@BrickVoid - I don't know of anything that will tire her out. She seems to borrow on future energy all the time. I'm guessing that she'll just sleep through her teens when the bill comes due. And Canada's political leaders would likely induce comas rather than sleep in the young. ;)

I've not yet thought about writing myself into the strip, but it is an idea. As many have said, I've already got a tonne of plotlines and characters to deal with here. I've got a notion on how to proceed and a notion on how to simplify things. (Granted, it's a complicated plan to simplify, but that's me.) We'll see if some sort of balance of the two can be found.

Once a week with 7 pages up at a time? That'd be a nice. :) Much like the British webcomic, Freak Angels. They do 6 pages at a time and post them every Friday. It's a pretty good schedule. Also an amazing comic. Highly recommend it when you have the time.

It's been a while since I've looked at "Freak Angels." I think I read the first book and then fell out of the habit between books (or changed browsers and didn't export all my bookmarks). I used to read Warren Ellis's blog pretty regularly, but don't much anymore.

And seven pages is a little hyperbolic. Not impossible, but golly...

Hahaha. Well a lot has happened since the first book. But I'll say no more. I read Ellerisms. It was alright for what it was. I guess my brain just isn't ready for autobiographical webcomics yet. Anyway... Maybe I should try doing 5 or 6 pages of NIS and posting them all on one day. I think that'd be a pretty interesting schedule to try. If I go the more story-driven route and mostly phase out the talkshow. Something to consider.
