This image in the 3rd panel is from http://abduzeedo.com/27-super-cool-pictures-detroit and the website was listed as having unlicensed pics. Apologies if I was mistaken; I can fix it. Also: that panel is intended to be a screen image for Carlos's computer but I ran out of time to fix it.

This may be the most narrow-band broadcast of a punchline ever. It's not exactly one to "get;" either you laugh at the whole image or you don't. This isn't meant to resemble any one person in particular, though I know some people like this...

Also, there is a hint of "A Time to Kill" in the final lines. I hope we never near something directed by Joel Schumacher again.

I wish everything *I* said became marketable! I could make a mint! ;)

But then I'd have to put up with being undead, like Carlos there! :D

The SmugCar thing is brilliant!

Also, yay Detroit!

@Brickvoid - It's a definite drawback, but what can you do? Over 73% of all major bloggers and screenwriters are undead. I wouldn't have believed it if I'd not just made it up. ;)

@Dave - I've had that very joke in mind since the first moment I saw that set. I remember seeing a SmartCar parked over two spaces and the name just popped to mind.
And I can't remember if I looked for Detroit or not - I think the search started with "urban city image unlicensed" and I added to it a few times. Some nice pics on that page.
